"Dear Dr. R.,

Our daughter M. has fallen victim to much suffering due to various medical illnesses.  It is people like you that have made her suffering easier.  Words cannot describe our gratitude.  We thank you so much and are ever so grateful for everything you have done for our M.  We are grateful for your medical talents, your high professional degree of the work performed, for your patience and kindness.  Thank you for your understanding, for your tolerance to us and your tolerance to our poor knowledge of the English language.  We would also like to thank your co-workers and your support staff, all who helped her.

Once again, your treatment, aid, and help is far too priceless for us new immigrants.  We wish you, your staff, and your family, much health and happiness.
