Dear Sirs:
"We recently finished the TW case. She is a new girl! She was missing teeth in the upper interior. The teeth she had were so mal positioned that we could not do much reconstructively that would look good. Dr. Cornforth (orthodontist) and Dr. May (oral surgeon) all helped us out. Many thanks to New West Labs in Lake Havasu, AZ, a division of Glidewell, that provided the crown and bridges. Our total for the treatment was $9856.00. TW smiles all the time now which she did not do before we gave her pretty teeth!! My best,"

Working with VC has been an absolute delight. She is so appreciative of our services that
it adds so much to our days when we see her.
In over five decades of providing service, I have never enjoyed a
relationship such as this. We really are
helping someone.
I am enclosing some poetry from this very intelligent and sensitive
person; a holiday greeting card that expresses her feelings, and pre and post operative photos (please return to me).
We will be completing initial therapy soon, and will keep
her on our rolls as an active patient.
Can you take care of providing the Sonicare brush (there is a form
enclosed.)
