Due to lengthy waiting lists, Missouri DDS is currently accepting applications only in the following counties: Andrew, Atchison, Bollinger, Buchanan, Butler, Caldwell, Cape Giradeau, Carter, Clay, Clinton, Daviess, Dekalb, Dent, Douglas, Dunkin, Genty, Harrison, Holt , Howell, Iron, Madison, Mississippi, New Madrid, Nodway, Oregon, Ozark, Pemiscot, Perry, Platte, Ray, Reynolds, Ripley, Scott, Shannon, Stoddard, Texas, Wayne, Worth and Wright.
For all other counties, please check back at a later date.
