Due to lengthy waiting lists, applications are currently being accepted only in the following counties Alger, Alpena, Benziel, Berrien, Delta, Emmet, Kent, Lenawee, Lapeer, Livingston, Monroe, Mackinac, Mason, Mecosta, Montgomery, Ogemaw, Oakland, Otsego, Presque Isle, Sanilac, Schoolcraft, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw and Wayne county in Detroit only. Please check back at a later date.
